Order Cut Offs

  • We will endeavour to process all orders placed before 12pm on the same working days. 
  • All orders placed after 12pm each working day will be processed the following working day.
  • All orders placed on weekends will be processed on Monday.
  • All orders placed on public holidays will be processed on the next immediate working day.
  • Orders placed during special offers and / or promotional periods can be expected to take 3 – 5 days longer to be processed however we will do our best to have them processed sooner.

Order Tracking & Delivery Time Frames

  • Once your order has been dispatched from our warehouse you will receive a Shipping Confirmation email, which will include a unique tracking number for your order.

Delays & Issues with Delivery

  • If there are any delivery issues, we will do what we can to help you get your order ASAP however CASIO Music Australia are not responsible for the delivery once the order is dispatched from our warehouse.
  • Should you experience delays or issues with your delivery, please get in touch and quote your order number and unique tracking number for further assistance.
  • It is your responsibility to ensure that all address details provided are correct. We cannot accept responsibility for deliveries that are delayed or lost due to an incorrect address being provided.

  • We are happy to accept returns on full price items that are in original condition within 14 days of you receiving your order. Any items returned outside of this time frame will not be accepted.
  • Full price items can be returned for store credit or refund only. Please note, we do not offer exchanges for change of mind.
  • Items purchased using a discount code or during a special promotional offer are eligible for return for credit note only.
  • If you purchased your full price item with a credit note or gift card, a new credit note or gift card with the purchase price of your item will be issued.
  • Original condition means the condition you received the item in. Keyboards must be re-boxed the same way in which they were received with all accessories and original packaging included. Digital Pianos must be returned in the same way they were received, they must not be damaged in any way. If you have assembled your Digital Piano and have had a change of mind, the piano must be disassembled and re-boxed in the same way it was received. Returned items must not be used or damaged in any way. They must have all accessories/parts included and must be returned in their original bag or box.
  • All items will be reviewed individually upon return. If your return is accepted, we will refund the price paid for your item via your original payment method.
  • If we receive a returned item in an unsuitable condition, the refund will become void and the item will be sent back to you.
  • All return postage costs are at your expense, unless the item arrives not as ordered, damaged or is deemed faulty. We are happy to arrange for your item to be collected but the delivery cost is at your expense. This will come out of your refund, meaning we will refund your item less the shipping charge. The shipping charge is dependant on the size and weight of the item being returned. We will specify this when the return is being organised and will proceed only with your approval.
  • Returns are processed within 5 working days of receiving them. You will be sent an email notification once your return has been processed. Refunds via PayPal clear almost immediately after they have been processed however refunds via credit card can take up to 5 working days depending on the financial institution.

  3. Re-pack your item in its original condition with the relevant packaging in the bag and / or box it arrived in.
  4. We are happy to arrange the collection of your item for return. If this is the case, you will need to be home on the day pickup is organised.
  5. You are also welcome to arrange the return of your item yourself, if this is more suitable. If this is the case, please send your item along with the returns form to:
